Exploring the heart of the model
In the Logosynthesis® model, human life unfolds through a continuous interaction between Essence and Matrix.
Essence is the timeless source of our life energy and the origin of our mission. Matrix is the environment in space and time in which that mission seeks expression.
Self is the living interface between these two fields: an embodied spirit that receives energy and meaning from Essence and gives them a unique form in Matrix.
Ideally, energy flows dynamically between Essence, Self and Matrix. This movement can, however, become restricted or interrupted. Part of the life energy then dissociates from Self and remains bound to frozen patterns associated with memories, imagined scenarios or beliefs.
This Master Class invites you to identify and transform patterns that keep perception attached to the past, anticipated futures or models taken in from the environment. The aim is to reconnect Self with the energy and potential of Essence, allowing greater presence, inner freedom and clarity in action.

How will we work?
The Master Class combines four complementary formats:
1. Live demonstrations
Working with themes offered by volunteer participants, Willem Lammers will demonstrate different Logosynthesis® strategies designed to set frozen energy patterns in motion.
2. In-depth debriefings
After each demonstration, the group will explore what they observed and how they resonated with the process. Willem will clarify the philosophical, theoretical and practical dimensions involved.
3. Practice groups
Participants will be able to work on their own themes. Experienced Logosynthesis® trainers may support the groups when needed.
4. Theoretical input
You will deepen your understanding of Self, Essence, Matrix, dissociation, introjection and the restoration of flow.
This rhythm of observation, understanding, experience and integration aims to make action clearer and better attuned: simpler decisions, more appropriate responses, and outcomes that are easier to recognise and adjust.
Who is this Master Class for?
This Master Class is intended for experienced professionals in psychotherapy, psychology, counselling, coaching, helping professions, healthcare and education.
You should be familiar with the foundations of the Logosynthesis® model and its applications. You may have gained this familiarity as a reader, client, course participant, certified practitioner or trainer.
This seminar will be especially relevant if you would like to:
- deepen your understanding and experience of Self in Logosynthesis®;
- develop a more nuanced view of how the past, anticipated futures, beliefs and identity interact;
- observe the founder of the method directly and understand his choices in practice;
- enrich your professional work in a rigorous experiential setting.

How should you prepare?
To make the most of this Master Class, Willem Lammers recommends reviewing the fundamental principles of Logosynthesis® beforehand and reading one of the following books:

Your trainer: Dr Willem Lammers
Dr Willem Lammers is the founder and developer of Logosynthesis®. Trained as a psychologist, he is a licensed psychotherapist and international trainer with decades of experience in personal and professional development.
His work sits at the intersection of body, mind and soul. His training includes bioenergetics, transactional analysis, hypnotherapy, NLP and energy psychology. Since 2005, he has been developing a structured conceptual model to support change.
He has written numerous articles and books on Logosynthesis® and teaches the model in several countries. In 2018 and 2026, the Association for Comprehensive Energy Psychology honoured his contribution to the field of energy psychology.
During this Master Class, he will offer a structured and attentive learning environment that brings together theory, demonstrations, personal experience and professional integration.
Expert consecutive interpretation into French
Willem Lammers will teach in English. Anne-Laure Gex will provide consecutive interpretation into French.
With her experience of Logosynthesis® and familiarity with Willem’s work, Anne-Laure conveys the concepts, nuances and discussions accurately. Her attentive style fits naturally into the demonstrations and teaching.
Schedule
The detailed programme will alternate theoretical input, demonstrations, debriefings and practice groups. Willem Lammers may adapt the order of topics to the group’s dynamics and the situations explored.

Maison du Jardin Botanique, Parc Floral de Paris, Château entrance, route de l’Artillerie, 75012 Paris, France.
At the edge of the Bois de Vincennes, City’Zen offers a calm, bright setting. The Ponant room has oak flooring, large windows overlooking pine trees and direct access to the terrace.
The venue facilities include chairs, tables, Wi-Fi, sound equipment, reception, tea, coffee, water and small biscuits.
Price and registration
Reference price: €790 including French VAT when applicable (€658.33 before VAT + €131.67 French VAT for participants subject to it).
Two payment options are advertised: one payment of €790, or 3 instalments, total price €820 including French VAT when applicable. The instalment option therefore carries an overall €30 increase.
For professionals established outside France, VAT treatment depends on your country, status and, where relevant, your VAT number. The applicable treatment must be determined from the buyer’s actual circumstances during invoicing. Please check the amount shown at checkout before confirming payment.

Who organises and invoices the seminar?
This seminar is jointly organised by 4ème Vague and IFPEC Association.
4ème Vague handles marketing, ticketing, payment collection and invoicing. For participants subject to French VAT, the invoiced price includes VAT at the applicable rate.
IFPEC Association contributes to the organisation, educational coordination and continuity of the French-speaking Logosynthesis® community.
Payment and invoices are issued by 4ème Vague.
Frequently asked questions
Will Willem Lammers teach in French?
No. He will teach in English, with consecutive interpretation into French by Anne-Laure Gex.
Do I need prior experience with Logosynthesis®?
You should at least know the basics of the model and its applications, through reading, experience as a client or training. If in doubt, contact accueil@ifpec.org before registering.
Is this seminar group therapy?
No. It is a professional, experiential Master Class. It does not replace individual psychotherapy.
Will I have to take part in a demonstration?
No. Demonstrations involve volunteers. Participation in a practice group does, however, require respect for the agreed framework, confidentiality and teaching guidelines.
Will a recording be available?
No. This is an exclusively in-person seminar. Demonstrations involving participants are not intended for public distribution.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Payment may be split into a maximum of three instalments. The advertised total is €820 including French VAT when applicable, €30 more than the single-payment price. The intended split is €273.34 for the first instalment, followed by two instalments of €273.33 each. Please verify the amounts displayed at checkout before confirming.
Can I request a reduced fee?
